Hors d'oeuvre with puffed pastry

Prepared hors d'oeuvre from frozen puff pastry stuffed with the mix of sautéed onions and mushroom and another set stuffed with a mix of black olives and boiled eggs chopped with egg slicer.

Yes, I used my egg-slicer as olives-slicer as well. See, this is what we people are never told by the government: egg slicer can be used as multiple olive slicer and takes up to 4 medium-size olives!

Pastry - de-freeze, put on the baking sheet and cut in squares or triangles. Bake in pre-heated oven at 400F for about 6-8 minutes or till golden-brown. Cut horizontally and stuff with one of the above. Also works as canape (in such case don't close the top). Many other kinds of stuffing are just awaiting for your imagination to run wild. Enjoy!
