Soup one.
Another simple soup is miso soup.
Takes minutes to prepare.
All you need is few tablespoons of miso paste, a tablespoon of dry granulated seaweed with bonito or just sea kelp, tofu (take 1 pack, half a pound, 200+ g, wsuru2 (c)). Take 1 litre / 1 quart of water (wsuru2), add dashi or seaweed, bring to boil and cook for few minutes, add miso, tofu, cook for few minutes more. Turn off the fire and add chopped fresh scallions, let it stay for few more minutes.
Makes a nice meal by itself if you use it in a way similar to mushroom soup, makes an good part of light meal in combination with main entrée of brown rice, stir-fired vegetables and beef.
It's not about dieting, it's about diet and healthy lifestyle.
